Stage 11: Outur - A Caridá 25.1 Kms

From Outur, passing through Rellón and Los Remedios, we continue along the N-634 until we turn off onto a path towards Pico Quemado, crossing Las Cabornas, La Pedrera, La Casona, Rellón and Los Remedios. The route goes up the Sagurniento pass, crosses the Boronas road and climbs up to La Barraca (Las Hervedosas). Heading west, it passes through Bao and Barayo, to Villainclán. From there to the NW we continue towards Villapedre, the hamlet of La Peña and descend towards the Frexulfe River, which we ford and ascend to Salvador de Piñera, where there is a hostel.

From Piñera, heading west, we continue along an asphalted section to La Venta and La Colorada, where we take a track to Navia. We leave Navia over the bridge on the N-634 and, once in the council of Coaña, we take the second road to the left, turning off to the right (before reaching the capital of the council), along the road to Folgueiras. After 300 m. we turn off again to the right towards Xarrio, where the regional hospital is located. From Xarrio, heading NW, take the track towards El Esteler to return to the road and pass through Cartavio, Castello and Arboces. We turn off to the left towards La Pasadía, and in a south-westerly direction we descend to the Pormenande stream, continuing on to A Caridá, where the hostel is located.
