From Campumanes, the route coincides with the AS-242 which continues through La Vega'l Rei and La Vega'l Ciigu to La Pola, where there is a pilgrims' hostel.

La Barraca, La Vega, Vil.layana and Sanriella mark the route to Uxo, in the council of Mieres. And from there to Les Viñes, El Pedroso and El Requexéu, in an area with numerous industrial warehouses. It is advisable to take the river walk along the Caudal river from Uxo to Mieres del Camín, crossing the river at La Ponte Verde, which is located in the same place as the traditional crossing point. In Mieres del Camín, a visit to the chapel of Carmen de La Villa was a must, in the square of the same name, next to 17th century mansions and palaces, before reaching the squares of La Pasera and Requexu, the incomparable cathedral of Asturian cider.
