Grilled cod

Ingredients
- Fresh or desalted cod
- Onion confit
- Potato chips
Preparation
- Prepare the embers with embers at a temperature of 250º. Place the cod and bake it on each side for 5 minutes. Prepare some potato chips. Place an onion to caramelise.
- Present the cod on the onion and the potato chips on top of the cod. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little ground pepper to the chips.
