Champiñones a la plancha con gambas

Serves 4:

- 2 mushrooms
- 4 prawns
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Coarse salt
- Caneya chilli
- Parsley

Chop the garlic finely in a mortar and pestle, add the chilli and coarse salt. Mix well and add a little oil. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and soak the caps in water, then cook them in a frying pan with the chopped ingredients from the mortar. Place the mushrooms hollow side down first. The mushrooms will cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side depending on their size.

Grill the peeled and seasoned prawns for a couple of minutes. Place the prawns in the mushroom hollow, pouring over them the juice in which they were cooked. Garnish with parsley.
