Gochu-Asturcelta glazed ribs

Ingredients
- various spices (garlic, black pepper, parsley)
- Salt
- Monosodium glutamate
- Piquillo peppers
- Onion
- Low-salt soybeans
- Tomato
- Sugar
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Marinate the ribs with plenty of garlic, black pepper and parsley.
- Add a pinch of MSG and leave them in this seasoning for a couple of hours.
- Spread the ribs on a baking sheet with good quality olive oil and cook at a low temperature for 12 hours (45°C).
- Prepare a glaze with piquillo peppers and onion previously fried with tomato.
- Add soy and a pinch of sugar.
- Dip the confit ribs in this glaze to accentuate their flavour.
Always maintain the same temperature during cooking. Medium difficulty.
