Costillas glaseadas de Gochu-Asturcelta

Ingredients

  • various spices (garlic, black pepper, parsley)
  • Salt
  • Monosodium glutamate
  • Piquillo peppers
  • Onion
  • Low-salt soybeans
  • Tomato
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Marinate the ribs with plenty of garlic, black pepper and parsley.
  • Add a pinch of MSG and leave them in this seasoning for a couple of hours.
  • Spread the ribs on a baking sheet with good quality olive oil and cook at a low temperature for 12 hours (45°C).
  • Prepare a glaze with piquillo peppers and onion previously fried with tomato.
  • Add soy and a pinch of sugar.
  • Dip the confit ribs in this glaze to accentuate their flavour.


Always maintain the same temperature during cooking. Medium difficulty.
