- Andaricans

- Baked potato
- Onion
- Red and green pepper
- Octopus cooking water
- Tomato (in sauce)
- flour
- Salt

- Cook the octopus
- Fry the baked potato in a frying pan
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces
- Poach the vegetables
- When poached, add a pinch of flour, a spoonful of tomato sauce and the water from cooking the octopus.
- Add all the seafood
- Two minutes after it comes to the boil, add the octopus.
- Leave to cook for about ten minutes
- Add the previously fried baked potato
- Place the seafood on top and serve
