Cala Salencia is located next to the beach of Lairín, there is no parking, although you can access by car, it is recommended to leave it in the village of Novellana. The usual state of the sea is moderate swell.
To walk along the cove, it is advisable to wear footwear that is resistant to rocks and pebbles. This is virgin territory. There is no surveillance, maritime rescue or services.
It is advisable to take extreme precautions when bathing. In case of emergency call 112.
The access path to the beach is in the easternmost part of the village of Novellana. The estimated time to walk down is fifteen minutes, along a wide asphalted road.
Cala Salencia is the first beach in the council of Cudillero to allow dogs all year round. It is located in Novellana.
Pets are allowed all year round.
Rules:
- They must be vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.
- Those responsible must have the pet's documentation in order at all times.
- They may be loose, always under the supervision of the owner or person responsible, who is also responsible for any damage caused by the animal. They must always be accompanied by a person of legal age and must not cause a nuisance to other users.
- Those catalogued as P.P.P. must always be tied up and muzzled.
