En la sidrería Tierra Astur Parrilla, además de una amplia terraza, contamos con un espacio para el picoteo informal o para tomar una botella de sidra natural y un amplio y confortable comedor.
Para la mayor parte de nuestros clientes, la zona más especial de la sidrería es la parte trasera de nuestro comedor ya que, desde esta zona, se puede observar el servicio de cocina.
Nuestro jefe de cocina dirige el servicio desde la propia sala y todos nuestros clientes pueden ver al equipo de cocineros trabajar ya que la cocina es vista y abierta, signo de la honestidad y transparencia con la que queremos presentar nuestra propuesta a todos nuestros clientes y visitantes.
