The route starts at L'Infiestu, next to the gardens of the Plaza del Ganado. From there, it continues along Calle Covadonga towards the east, in the direction of the N-634, to take the PI-5 road towards Cardes. After crossing this town, the route continues along the same road to Valle. At the bus stop, the route leaves the road to go up a concrete track towards the upper part of the village and then continue along the track to Melardi.
In Melardi, after passing a white farmhouse with a corridor and wooden gallery, the route crosses the village and descends to the Les Mates neighbourhood. There it takes a path to the right that leads to Arcayu.
From Arcayu, the route turns right again towards the L'Atalaya restaurant and continues to the nearby Chorrón recreational area. From this point, descend towards Villamayor, crossing two bridges over the river - without using the concrete crossing, which is very slippery all year round. Before reaching the Carúa neighbourhood, at a crossroads, take the path on the right that goes up towards Moñes via the Caleru.
On reaching the road to Moñes, the route turns right to head towards La Piñera, bordering the River Color. After crossing it, and a few metres before the chapel of San Esteban, take a path that climbs up on the left to leave the village. After a little less than a kilometre, a turning to the right leads to the N-634, next to the El Sotiellu restaurant.
After crossing the N-634, a path on the left crosses the railway line - with caution - and joins the PI-14 road. From there, cross the bridge over the river Piloña on the right to enter Antrialgo. The route crosses the village towards the upper area, where it takes a concrete path between trees to the west, linking up with the Cereceda road (PI-11). It then connects with the AS-358 road, which links Villamayor with Alto de La Llama, and heads towards Miyares.
In Miyares, the route takes a path on the left between the Palacio de Miyares and the Robledal chapel, which leads to Valles. From there it continues towards San Román via Acebéu, and after one kilometre, at Sotu de San Román, it takes a path to the right which, passing through El Pandotu, reaches the PI-7 road. Turning left, the route heads towards Biedes, continues towards Las Tercias and finally returns to L'Infiestu, thus completing the route.
In the rainy season there may be muddy areas
