This flow trail route is a circuit designed specifically for mountain biking. It is an incredible three and a half kilometre descent with countless bends, turns, jumps, speed bumps and cut-offs. It is the first Flow Trail in Spain approved under the conditions of the IMBA (International Mountain Bicycling Association Spain).

The circular route starts at Molín de La Chalana from where it heads towards Entrialgo. The route crosses the footbridge that crosses the road and continues along the local road to Canzana, where you take a cemented track that climbs up some tough ramps alternating with stretches of dirt as you gain height, until you reach the vicinity of Pico La Vara and from there to Campa La Taza, where the recreation of a mine shaft marks the beginning of the path that goes to the actual start of the descent of the Flow Trail in Campa L'Españeu, marked with another recreation of a mine shaft.

At this point, the views are magnificent and the descent down the slopes of Mount Carrio with its curves and twists and turns, speed bumps and jumps is pure fun, although it is worth paying attention to the mud in winter and the lush vegetation in summer.

The Flow Trail section ends before reaching La Brañueta, but the path embedded in the gallery forest is a perfect setting to relax the tension of the descent before coming out onto the asphalted track that leads to the urban environment and which, after crossing the industrial estate, crosses the Nalón and returns along the pretty tree-lined path parallel to the river to return to the starting point next to the La Chalana bridge.
