A leisure area located at the mouth of the Navia river.

Just one kilometre from the town of Navia, there is a semi-urban beach, with all the services and a picnic area, which is very busy in summer. Access from the town centre of Navia can be made either on foot or by car.

This sandy area, which shares its surroundings with the mouth of the river from which it takes its name, the Navia, is made up of coarse sand and withstands strong waves. It also has an area known as La Poza, which is strongly influenced by the tides and has a viewpoint.

  • Daily: 22/06 to 11/09
  • The access and presence of domestic animals to the beaches, waters and bathing areas is prohibited from 22/06 to 11/09.
  • In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners will be responsible for them.
  • Those who violate the prohibitions or do not comply with the conditions set out above, must leave the beach immediately with the animal, at the verbal request of the members of the Rescue and Civil Protection and/or the Agents of the Authority.
