Fried milk, corn and orange

Ingredients
Serves 4:
- 2 l. milk
- 150 g corn flour
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 gr. butter
- 300 g. sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Lemon zest
- icing sugar
- Powdered cinnamon
Preparation
Boil one and a half litres of milk with the vanilla, cinnamon and lemon zest.
Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the milk, the sugar and the flour.
Mix them together and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Add the butter. Leave to cool and roll out. Cut, dredge in flour and egg and fry. Coat with icing sugar and cinnamon.
Make a syrup with the julienned orange, dip in the fried milk.
