This museum is located within the grounds of the Convent of San Franscisco del Monte, in the town of Tinéu. It exhibits valuable pieces of goldsmith's work (a collection of chalices, hosts, candelabra, ciboria, processional crosses and other objects of worship); wood carved imagery (the medieval collection consists of 30 pieces from the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th centuries and 24 carvings from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries); liturgical clothing, sacred vestments and an extensive bibliographic collection (religious and secular books) with editions from 1522 onwards.
Permanent exhibitions: The Museum is divided into a series of rooms:
- Sala-Tribuna: Compendium of imagery, liturgical vestments and antique books.
- Room of Sacred Gold and Silverware.
- Room of 16th century imagery.
- Room of Romanesque Imagery (28 carvings).
Temporary exhibitions:
- Collection of processional banners.
- Collection of breviaries.
- Collection of sacred vestments.
- The trousseau of San Francisco.
- Restored books from the Museum of Sacred Art of Tineo.
