Stuffed Peppers Festival

 It is a unique festival as it is the only event dedicated to stuffed peppers in Asturias, with a long tradition of forty years.

In addition to the gastronomic manifestations, which are the essence of the festival, there is a wide program of cultural events. The celebration lasts several days during which the Stuffed Peppers Proclamation is presented with the delivery of the Golden Pepper, in addition to concerts, folk performances, stuffed pepper contest, theatrical performances, flea market, Asturian songs, soccer, bowling, games for children, etc.

There is a lively atmosphere and animation in this gastronomic and cultural tribute to the stuffed bell pepper filled with meat or tuna.
