I am a guide specialised in Ribadesella, the village where I was born, but I do guided tours for groups all over Asturias, Llanes, Villaviciosa, Tazones, Lastres, Oviedo Cathedral and Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés.

Discover the town of Agustín Argüelles, the father of the constitution of 1812, with a guide from Ribadesella. We will talk about all the festivals and traditions, such as the famous international descent of the Sella, the only festival of international tourist interest in Asturias and we will also see the majestic Indian houses that bathe the entire beach of Santa Marina. Emigration took many people from Ribades to America, particularly to Cuba, where the famous sailing ship La Habana-Bergantín transported them. Another of Ribadesella's jewels can be found inside the Church of Santa María Magdalena, the marvellous paintings of the Uría-Aza brothers, a protest raised in a plastic way to the heights and against all wars. We will also talk about the port and how until the 18th century it was a port of great importance in Asturias, we will talk about whaling and the widening that gave way to the current appearance.

In Llanes there are also guided tours on request to see the old town. Llanes, the so-called Puebla de Aguilar, which in the 13th century began to build its walls and in the same period began to build the current basilica of Santa María del Conceyu, a Gothic temple with one of the most beautiful Renaissance altarpieces in Asturias, or the Gastañaga palace, one of the few medieval palaces that are preserved in Asturias.

Visits are on request and for groups of at least 6 people.
