Opened in 2007, the Laboral Centre for Art and Industrial Creation is a place for research, training and technical and artistic production, as well as for the fostering of new forms of art and industrial creation.
Its programming, both cross-cutting and integrated, is targeted for all kinds of public and its ultimate goal is to generate and share knowledge. LAB is a multidisciplinary institution that produces, disseminates and promotes access to the new cultural forms arising from the creative use of information and communication technologies (ICTs), as well as a platform for accessing tools and the sharing of know-how to provide support to artists and creators in the development of ambitious projects focussed on the arts and industrial creation.
