Asturian Ways

We are a company certified as sustainable by the ITR (Institute of Responsible Tourism) under the Biosphere programme. We specialise in all aspects of nature-based travel and outdoor holidays in Asturias. Our company is made up of nature, mountain and Nordic walking guides. Our work is based on four pillars:

• Professionalism: qualified staff with official qualifications. All activities are fully insured, and details are available for inspection.
• Sustainability: a commitment to low-impact tourism as the best approach, in small groups. We therefore support local food and family-run accommodation. Furthermore, as visitors, you too can make a small contribution by adopting an environmentally respectful attitude.
• Alternative tourism: our aim is that, as well as discovering beautiful places and enjoying the experience, visitors to Asturias also take home a little piece of its history, culture, character and humour.
• Enjoyment: this region is presented in an approachable way, much like when showing it to friends. It shares what best sets it apart, with the irony and humour that are part of the local way of life.
