Almenada Beach

An amazing spot with two outlets to the sea

An isthmus gives shape to this beautiful and distinct beach, very complicated to describe. It actually has two shores, one on each side of the isthmus. At the end, where bathers usually find open water, there are rocky cliffs leading to a small island. Behind, more cliffs which are complicated to climb.

Difficult to access. The easiest way to get to this beach is through the water, from San Martín Beach. It is especially dangerous to stay here while the tide rises, as it is complicated to get off the beach then.
