This whimsical cove is ideal to enjoy with the family.
It is a natural cove of great beauty, with a capricious channel shape, which at low tide prevents you from seeing the sea from the bottom of the sand. Buelna is a beach that stretches from 50 to 1,000 metres depending on the tides and is made up of fine white sand and rocks. One of the most famous is a limestone pinnacle called El Picón. Nearby you can visit bufones.
The sandy area is very familiar and safe for bathing. Although it lacks facilities and is not accessible, it is very busy. It can be reached via a track from Buelna.
If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners will be responsible for them.
- Those who violate the prohibitions, or do not comply with the conditions set out above, must immediately leave the beach with the animal, at the verbal request of the Authority Agents or Rescue personnel, who will issue a report in order to investigate the appropriate disciplinary proceedings.
