A vast stretch of sand that attracts lovers of the beach, surfing and fishing
Los Quebrantos is the beach at L’Arena. It stretches for over 800 metres and is connected to Playón de Bayas. Together, they cover more than 3 kilometres and form the longest stretch of sandy beach in Asturias, ideal for strolling, sunbathing, fishing or catching some waves.
This beach is situated at the mouth of the River Nalón and can be reached from the town by car, on foot or by bike, as a cycle lane has been provided.
Los Quebrantos consists of dark sand and is protected by a system of dunes. In the more urban part, there is a seafront promenade.

- On the beach, both in public areas and in the private areas of tourist establishments, dogs and other animals are strictly prohibited from entering or remaining on the beach during the bathing season (from 1 July to 1 September).
