Los Quebrantos Beach

An vast beach that brings together lovers of the beach, surfing and fishing

Los Quebrantos Beach is the beach for San Juan de la Arena. It is over 800 metres long and is connected to Bayas Beach. Together they make up the longest beach in Asturias at more than 3 kilometres, ideal for walking, sunbathing, fishing or surfing.

This beach is formed at the mouth of the River Nalón and is accessible from the town by car, as well as on foot and by bicycle, as a bicycle path has been built leading to the beach.

Los Quebrantos Beach has dark sand and is protected by a dune system. There is a promenade at the more urban end.
