A small, dark sandy shell with easy access.

A small, beautiful beach, barely 200 metres long, with dark sand and pebbles and a strong swell. This is Munielles, an easily accessible sandy beach, although not excessively crowded, in the shape of a shell and closed off to the east by the La Furada rock.

At low tide, it is possible to access other coves that are even less frequented, such as El Reguero beach or Cala Cordial. It is suitable for sport fishing and has a picnic area nearby.

Declared a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) and Site of Community Importance (SCI).

  • Access ramp.
  • The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 15/05 to 15/09.
  • On the promenades, in the vicinity of the beaches, except in the dune systems and on the peninsula of La Peñona, pets are allowed all year round, but must always be kept on a fixed leash of no more than two metres in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, must be muzzled.
