This centre tells the story of iron crafts in the borough of Boal and their marketing, a major activity that spread during the 18th and 19th centuries. Located in the old schoolhouse, dating from the early 20th century and financed by emigrants from the borough residing in Havana, the exhibition contains the characteristic tools of the trade of smithies and forges (nails, hammers, etc.) that continued working up until the mid-20th century.
