The cabrales cave-exhibition is an exhibition that shows the present and the past of cabrales cheese through guided visits that last approximately 45 minutes. Visitors will discover the whole history of Cabrales cheese.
The visit is divided into two parts of 20 minutes each; the first part takes place inside a natural cave where the process of production, the environment and the life of the shepherds in the Picos de Europa are explained. In the second one, you can watch an audiovisual presentation of how cheese is made today in a cheese factory. The visit ends with a tasting.

Advance booking is essential for groups and recommended for everyone.
Monday to Sunday: 10:15 am to 1:15 pm and 4:15 pm to 7:15 pm (visits every hour)
Closed: 24/12 and 31/12 (afternoon), 25/12, 01/01 and 06/01
Adults: 5€.
Children: 3,5€.
Groups (minimum 15 pax): 4€.
