The cabrales cave-exhibition is an exhibition that shows the present and past of cabrales cheese through guided tours that last approximately 45 minutes. Visitors will discover the whole history of Cabrales cheese.
The visit is divided into two parts of 20 minutes each; the first part takes place inside a natural cave where the process of elaboration, the environment and the life of the shepherds in the Picos de Europa are explained. In the second, you can watch an audiovisual presentation of how cheese is made today in a cheese factory. The visit ends with a tasting.
