Bizcocho de yogurt

  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 measure of sweet aniseed yoghurt
  • 2 scoops of sugar yoghurt
  • 1 measure of sunflower oil
  • 3 measures of flour
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Flour a cake tin. Mix the beaten eggs, yoghurt, sugar, aniseed, oil, lemon zest in a bowl, add the flour little by little together with the sachet of baking powder, and mix well in the mould. Bake in the oven at 170ºC for about 40 minutes.

Once removed from the oven and having checked that it is cooked, put icing sugar in a bowl with a few drops of water and make a fine paste which you will apply with a brush on top of the sponge cake, thus creating the icing.
