Cachopo de Afuega' l Pitu with Chosco de Tineo (Tineo pork sausage)

Ingredients
- 50 gr of white Afuega' l Pitu cheese
- 50 gr of red Afuega' l Pitu cheese
- 2 thin Asturian veal fillets
- White flour
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Chosco de Tineo
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Potato for frying
- Candied peppers
Preparation
Stuff the veal fillets with the chorizo and cheese. Then bread and fry them in plenty of olive oil.
Fry the potatoes.
Confit the piquillo peppers.
Finally, present the cachopo with its garnish.
