Through interpretive panels and with the help of maps, timelines and photographs, the public can take a tour of the Reception and Interpretation Centre through the different stages of Asturian pre-Romanesque art and the fifteen monuments that make up this architecture. The Centre also has models of Santuyano de Oviedo, San Salvador de Valdediós and Santa María del Naranco and an audiovisual presentation, on loan from the Archaeological Museum of Asturias, on the temples and buildings that make up Asturian Pre-Romanesque art. Visitors can also find information available in English, French and Braille.
The public can also enjoy a reference point with monographic books on the monuments and on Asturian pre-Romanesque art. For children there is a specific area where they can make their own drawings of the Asturian monuments during their visit to the facility.
There is also an interactive area, in Spanish and English, in which the details of the monuments and the architectural phases of this art form are explained.
