The beach of San Blas or La Ribeiría is located in the district of San Blas in the middle of the seafront promenade of Tapia.

A small beach located in the district of San Blas, right on the seafront promenade in Tapia.
It is a beach of fine golden sand and moderate waves, with a low danger level and an extension of 36 metres. It has adapted access for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs.
It is included in the Natura 2000 Network, with environmental protection within the ZEPA and ZEC figures. It is one of the smallest beaches in the council, but the most frequented by the residents of the neighbourhoods of San Blas and La Guardia.
At the top of the beach are two commemorative surfboards, a symbol of surfing in Tapia and a tribute to the two Australian brothers who introduced the sport in the 1960s. The views from this point reach the Mariña de Lugo. It also has a grassy esplanade usually used as a solarium.

- The access of domestic animals to beaches and bathing areas is prohibited, with the exception of those necessary for the development of activities duly authorised by the competent health authority.
- In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners shall be responsible for them.
- The presence of guide dogs on the beaches is authorised in the company of the person they serve, without prejudice to the responsibility of their owner and/or proprietor and the measures that he/she must adopt to avoid disturbance or risk to other users.
- Those who violate the prohibition of number 1, or do not comply with the conditions set out in number 3 above, must immediately leave the beaches with the animal, at the verbal request of the Agents of the authority, who will issue a report in order to investigate the appropriate sanctioning proceedings.
