Info
A small and cosy beach located right on the seafront promenade in Tapia.
It is a beach of barely 40 metres, with fine golden sand and moderate waves, being a beach of low danger. It is part of the Natura 2000 Network, with environmental protection within the ZEPA and ZEC figures.
Located within the large shell of Tapia, it goes unnoticed by the extension of other beaches, which makes it one of the quietest and most secluded areas. It is mainly frequented by the residents of the neighbourhoods of San Blas and La Guardia, as the immediate access to other beaches such as La Grande or El Murallón attracts tourists.
It is delimited to the east by a singularly shaped perforated rock, which gives the beach its name. At low tide, it is possible to access the neighbouring beaches from here and continue on to Los Campos when the tide permits.
