La Isla Beach

It takes its name from an island that is accessible on foot at low tide

La Isla Beach is a windy, golden sand beach 800 metres in length with a strong swell. The islet the beach takes its name from rises off the left side of the beach and is connected to it at low tide via an isthmus. To the east there is an area called El Barrigón, another beach which is accessible at low tide.

The area also boasts a stretch of cliffs rising 50 to 75 metres high with great natural and cultural value, as hill fort and Roman remains have been found nearby.
