A small cove at the foot of a viewpoint
La Ñora beach is a small sandy area flanked by cliffs, with golden sand and strong waves. With a high level of occupation, it is easy to access and has several car parks. The river of the same name flows into the beach, which serves as a boundary between the councils of Gijón and Villaviciosa.
Its main attraction is its promenade, which climbs up to a viewpoint over the cliff, and is the beginning of the La Ñora-El Rinconín path. It is precisely these mountains that make it a very shady beach after mid-afternoon.

- The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- Pets are allowed on the promenades and urban promenades, in the areas near the accesses to the beach, as long as they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than one metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
