Small beach of white sand and gravel in a natural setting.
The sea and history come together in this country setting
This shell-shaped beach, flanked by cliffs and nestled in its country setting, is located right at the mouth of the River Merón. It is complicated to access via local roads. Near the beach, there is a concrete track that ends in a small, purpose-built car park.
There is a site with dinosaur footprints just half a kilometre to the west, which can be reached via a path along the cliffs.
The beach is not usually crowded and is frequented by naturists.
Beach animal regulations:
- Access and presence of domestic animals on the beach are prohibited from May 1st to September 30th.
- In the seaside promenades and urban areas near beach access points, the presence of companion animals is allowed as long as they are leashed with a fixed length of no more than 1 meter and, if necessary due to the animal's characteristics, muzzled.
Daily from July 1st to August 31st.
Frequented by naturists.
