The high tide forms a natural saltwater pool.

This funnel-shaped beach, from which it is difficult to see the sea at the bottom of the cliffs, lies at the mouth of a small stream called Río Vallina. When the tide rises, the sea enters through the channel that has formed over the centuries and remains calm as if it were a shallow pool. All these characteristics make it a family beach, as bathing is very safe.

Access to this sandy area can be made by car or on foot from Po. It has a small car park which is insufficient for its high level of occupation and it is surrounded by meadows.

  • Daily: 15/06 to 08/09 from 11:30 to 19:00 h.
  • The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
  • In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners will be responsible for them.
  • Those who violate the prohibitions, or do not comply with the conditions set out above, must immediately leave the beach with the animal, at the verbal request of the Authority Agents or Rescue personnel, who will issue a report in order to investigate the appropriate disciplinary proceedings.
