White sandy beach in natural surroundings.
Torimbia is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Llanisco coast.
It is located to the west of Toranda, sheltered by beautiful vertical cliffs. It is an extensive sandy beach, with pedestrian access, shell-shaped and golden sand that has not lost its attraction over the years.
Torimbia can be reached via an asphalted road that starts at Niembru, leaves Toranda behind and climbs up to Cape Prieto. The descent to the beach is either along an authorised track, which leads to the western part of the beach, or along rough paths on the hillside, which end in the easternmost area.
There is a beach bar in season. It can be reached from Niembru.
Ordinance for pets on the beach:
- The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners will be responsible for them.
- Those who violate the prohibitions, or do not comply with the conditions set out above, must immediately leave the beach with the animal, at the verbal request of the Authority Agents or Rescue personnel, who will issue a report in order to investigate the appropriate disciplinary proceedings.
Rescue service (daily): 17/06 to 10/09 from 11:30 to 19:00 h.
