A landscape dotted with jagged rocks and sand
Toró is easily recognisable in any photograph. Its cluster of jagged rocks in the middle of a white sandy beach makes it unique. These pinnacle-shaped formations dot both the coastline and the sea.
This stretch of sand is situated very close to the town of Llanes, making it a major tourist attraction. It is accessible on foot and by car, has a car park and all the facilities and amenities needed to enjoy a day at the beach. The waves are moderate, so swimming is safe.

If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- Pets are not permitted on the beach from 1 June to 30 September
- In the case of stray animals wandering on the beaches, their owners shall be held responsible for them.
- Anyone who breaches these prohibitions or fails to comply with the conditions set out above must leave the beach immediately with the animal, upon verbal request by law enforcement officers or lifeguards, who will draw up a report in order to initiate the appropriate disciplinary proceedings.
