A beach surrounded by environmental and cultural wealth
Divided into two parts by a rocky outcrop, Vidiago beach has a straight profile, white sand, safe bathing and all the services available to users. Nearby is the Ídolo de Peña Tú and also the Bufones de Las Arenillas.
Also known as Novales or de Bretones, this large sandy area has good access from the village of Vidiago. It can also be reached from Buelna by footpaths along the coastal strip. It is very busy in summer.

Ordinance on pets on the beach:
- The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- In the case of abandoned animals wandering on the beaches, their owners will be responsible for them.
- Those who violate the prohibitions, or do not comply with the conditions set out above, must immediately leave the beach with the animal, at the verbal request of the Authority Agents or Rescue personnel, who will issue a report in order to investigate the appropriate sanctioning proceedings.
