The Aula Didáctica del Parque Arqueológico de la Cuenca del Navia tries to bring the visitor closer to the understanding of what was called ''Cultura Castreña del Noroeste''.
Permanent exhibitions:
The Aula begins with an exhibition on the archaeological method. A second section comments on the origins of the Castreña culture. The third chapter is an analysis of the castreña culture in Asturias.
These display cases cover the transition from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age, as well as information on the castros built in the 1st century A.D. Another section deals with gold mining in Roman times: settlement, mining and mining techniques.
