The Navia River Basin Archaeology Park Educational Exhibition seeks to offer visitors a better understanding of what has been coined the "Hill Fort Culture of Northwest Spain".
PERMANENT EXHIBITIONS
The Educational Exhibition begins with a display describing the archaeological method. A second section discusses the origin of hill fort culture. The third section presents an analysis of hill fort culture in Asturias. These display cases show the transition from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age, as well as providing information on the hill forts built in the first century AD. Another section presents gold mining in the Roman era: settlement, mining and mining techniques.
