Guided visits
Guided tours of the farm provide an insight into the agricultural history of this land, cultivated for generations by the same family and preserving traditional practices geared towards natural and sustainable production.
As members of Sidraturismo Asturias, the farm organises tours both as part of this programme and through its own visits, offering an authentic experience in an Asturian farmhouse that is more than 150 years old.
The tour includes a visit to the orchard, with around 2.5 hectares dedicated to traditional and modern varieties of table apples and 100% Asturian cider, including the PDO De la Riega, Regona, Durona de Tresali, Cristalina, Blanquina, Carrió, Raxao, Prieta, Amariega and Madiedo, as well as other local varieties(Reineta Roja, Naraxu, Ferrera, Sidrina, Común, among others).
The visit also includes the blueberry plantation (0.5 ha) with different varieties - Legacy, Duke, Brigitta, Elliot, Aurora and Centrablue -which bear fruit between summer and autumn, allowing you to enjoy different stages of the agricultural cycle throughout the year:
- Spring: flowering of both species.
- Summer: fruiting of early blueberry varieties.
- Autumn: harvesting of apples and later blueberries.
The experience ends with a tasting of seasonal products, including apples, blueberries, juices and homemade jams made exclusively with fruit from the farm, grown under organic and sustainable agriculture criteria.
The orchard is largely accessible to all visitors. Comfortable and waterproof footwear is recommended, especially depending on the time of year and the weather.
Visits, which last approximately 60 minutes, take place all year round, by appointment, in the mornings and afternoons. The estate is located in the central area of Asturias and is easily accessible from any point in the region.
