The visit to the cider maker takes you through all the stages of the cider making process, from the reception and selection of the apples to the final bottling, with explanations about pressing, fermentation and the role of pouring.
The itinerary includes a cider tasting and a screen-printed glass, and offers the possibility of extending the experience with a menu in the cider house of the cider maker's own cider house. During the tour, the history and values linked to the cider tradition are also presented.
To close, there is a tasting of two references: Herminio cider, which reflects the tradition of the cider maker, and Zythos cider, with Protected Designation of Origin. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
