In this experience, visitors will tour the llagar Casa Fran, an authentic cider maker located in the heart of Asturias, where they will learn all about the traditional cider making process. From the harvesting of the apples to the production of natural and sparkling cider, participants will learn the secrets that make Asturian cider a unique product. The experience includes a tasting of natural cider straight from the barrel and a tasting of the three varieties of sparkling cider made at the cider house.
At the end, visitors will enjoy an Asturian menu consisting of typical dishes such as empanada, chorizo, potato omelette and more. Ideal for groups, celebrations and team-building activities, this experience offers a perfect combination of tradition, gastronomy and culture.
