Since 2019 our project was clear, diversify the economy of the area, promote local products, and ensure quality, committed to the environment and animal dignity, our animals live in semi-freedom in a protected natural area and carefully cared for.

Thanks to this, we provide a unique, quality product, Gamonéu cheese.

We produce exclusively Gamonéu cheese, as we believe that it is necessary to dedicate all the time to this product, as well as the time necessary to care for the livestock, thus achieving the best possible product: Gamonéu.
