We have recovered, following tradition, the ways and methods for making cheese and therefore we have created a range of Asturian artisan cheeses that you cannot miss out on.

We make five varieties: cheese with walnuts and hazelnuts, semi-cured cheese, with goat's and cow's milk, goat's cheese, fresh aerated cheese with cow's milk, blue cheese, with cow's milk and natural cottage cheese (with grandmother's recipe).
