Ever since the 1990s, when I first took up this sport, my love and passion for the mountains captivated me from the very start.

From day one, I have always tried to uphold the ethos of mountaineering passed on to me by my mentors, honouring those who came before and left their mark. That is how I grew as a climber and mountaineer.

All this passion, spirit and respect that I grew up with is what I bring to my work today, and I try to pass it on in the same way to my clients on the days we spend together.

More than 25 years in this field have allowed me to fill my rucksack with experiences from a number of mountains around the world, such as the Peruvian and Bolivian Andes, the United States, Canada, the Alps and Patagonia…

In recent years, the Asturian countryside, where I live and work as a professional guide, has been my chosen setting for numerous professional and sporting activities, making the Picos de Europa my own back garden.

Being able to share experiences with my clients by combining my passion with my work is a dream come true, achieved through a great deal of humility and hard work.
