Lampariego Surf School

Lampariego Surf School was born in 2015 with a lot of enthusiasm and innovative ideas. From the beginning, it has offered a free library, specific exercises to improve surfing technique, individual and group classes for all levels, as well as a board repair service.

It is a school that offers surfing courses for beginners and advanced surfers, and also offers equipment rental, allowing students to practice whenever they wish. The teaching focuses on transmitting respect for the sea, knowledge of how the tides and currents work, and on identifying the optimum conditions for safe and satisfactory surfing.

One of the key aspects of its methodology is to teach how to correctly interpret each beach: to know when the conditions are appropriate for surfing, which area to enter the water, what type of wind is the most suitable and how it influences, among other essential factors.

The teaching team is made up of instructors with years of experience, qualified by the Spanish Surfing Federation and the Galician Surfing Federation. Some of them also have qualifications in leisure and free time activities, and are accredited as surf judges, rescue swimmers and lifeguards.

Lampariego Surf School firmly believes in the benefits of outdoor activities to promote healthy lifestyle habits, and is committed to working in small groups as a way to promote companionship.

The school has civil liability and accident insurance, thus guaranteeing the peace of mind and safety of all its students.
