Olas Surf School

Olas Surf School offers you the opportunity to get started in the exciting world of surfing on the beach of San Juan de Nieva, one of the best beaches on the Asturian coast for beginners. During most of the year, this beach offers ideal conditions for learning to surf, and in summer, it has specific areas for water sports and a first class lifeguard service in the north of Spain.

Our facilities, located right on the beach, together with the services available in the town of San Juan, make this the perfect place to take your first steps in surfing. We offer a wide variety of courses adapted to all levels and timetables. You can choose between 2, 5 and 7 day courses, or consult with us if you prefer a different option.

In all our courses, we provide all the necessary equipment, including board and wetsuit. Our main objective is that you learn and improve your technique under the supervision of our instructors, who have extensive experience in teaching sports and are certified by the Spanish Surfing Federation. In addition, we guarantee your safety with life-saving and first aid training, comprehensive insurance cover and top quality equipment that is regularly checked and replaced.
