Arraigo is made up of Ángel and Omar, chef and head waiter, passionate about our work and things well done. Our philosophy is based on getting the best possible product as close as we can. We cook slowly, we like stews, we love reductions and stocks, fresh produce and what we value most is flavour.
We are rural, we love the countryside and unhurried cooking.
