La Senderuela

Located in the municipality of Proaza, alongside the popular La Senda del Oso trail, this restaurant offers traditional cuisine with a personal touch, where a passion for gastronomy and mycology is reflected in every dish. Its warm and welcoming atmosphere complements an extensive menu featuring home-made dishes and ingredients sourced from selected suppliers. Highlights of the menu include mushroom-based dishes, such as the ‘cachopo’ with ‘gamonéu’ cheese and mixed mushrooms, ‘angula del monte’ with garlic, tagliatelle with Caesar’s mushroom, and scrambled eggs with mushrooms and black pudding. The menu is rounded off by other traditional Asturian dishes, including fabada, stewed kid, cod with black trumpet mushrooms, stuffed onions and tomato millefeuille. It offers a daily set menu with a choice of two starters and two main courses, as well as a selection of homemade desserts, the highlights of which are sobaos cake, rice pudding, custard and yoghurt cream with honey.
