La Senderuela

Located in the council of Proaza, next to the popular route of La Senda del Oso, this restaurant offers traditional cuisine with a personal touch, in which the passion for gastronomy and mycology is reflected in every dish. Its warm and welcoming atmosphere accompanies an extensive menu prepared with homemade products from selected suppliers. Among the dishes on offer are mushroom recipes, such as the gamonéu and mixed mushroom cachopo, wild elver with garlic, tagliatelle with amanita caesarea or scrambled eggs with mushrooms and black pudding. Other traditional Asturian dishes complete the offer, including fabada, stewed kid, cod with trumpets of the dead, stuffed onions and tomato millefeuille. It offers a daily set menu with two choices of starters and main courses, as well as a menu of homemade desserts in which the sobaos cake, rice pudding, custard and yoghurt cream with honey stand out.
