Restaurant, cider house and chigre. Situated at the foot of the Naranjo de Bulnes, it offers a menu based on local produce and 100% gluten-free. Cabrales and other artisanal Asturian cheeses. Xaldu lamb and home-produced cider. Kid, lamb and Asturian veal from local farmers. Vegetables from the El Nocéu organic farm.
An establishment committed to the local farmers who work the land and to the people who come to dine here.
‘El Chigre’, which takes its name from the device used to open bottles, is the Asturian temple dedicated to cider.
