Salinas International Longboard Surf Festival

With more than fifteen years, it is the festival with the longest tradition and tradition that exists in Europe, and is currently among the three most important in the world. It was also the first in Asturias to combine leisure and sport.

Although the origin and essence of this festival are sporting, every day of the festival is an ideal time to enjoy not only surfing but also the spectacular natural environment of Salinas, as well as other complementary activities such as concerts, screenings, adapted surfing or children's workshops.

The festival has its roots in the remarkable surfing and sporting tradition of Salinas and its beach, which have been pioneers in the practice of this sport in the north of Spain.

This festival is a clear example of how, in addition to watching and practising good surfing, you can enjoy yourself to the full with a lively atmosphere where there is something to do at all hours of the day and night.
