An entertaining calendar of activities for all audiences
Every month of the year, the Asturias Natural Network celebrates different activities related to nature and the environment, and it does so throughout the region, in emblematic natural spaces, with the aim of disseminating and educating in the love of nature.
It is an enjoyable journey through the geography and beauty of Asturian nature.

World Days
The Asturias Natural Network joins the celebration of several World and International Days throughout the year with activities designed to raise awareness, learn and enjoy nature. Through workshops, exhibitions and guided tours, they bring the public closer to the importance of conserving our ecosystems and encourage an active commitment to the environment.

Throughout 2025, the Asturias Nature Network offers a varied programme of guided itineraries designed to discover the natural wealth of our protected areas and connect with the environment in a close, educational and respectful way.
Ornithological Itinerary of the Villaviciosa Estuary
The itinerary through the Partial Nature Reserve of the Villaviciosa Estuary gives us the opportunity to observe and identify various species of birds, and to learn about the fundamental role they play in one of the most important wetlands in northern Spain, guided by an expert with knowledge of the ecosystem.

This tour of the Obacho Viewpoints allows you to learn about the history and natural wealth of this enclave, with views of the only Integral Nature Reserve in Asturias, with the help of a specialised guide who will answer any questions about the environment.

The itinerary around the Valdemurio reservoir, suitable for all ages, allows you to discover the mountains, forests, calm waters and the rich ornithological diversity of the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park, always accompanied by an expert guide who will answer any questions you may have.

The exhibitions organised by RENA in several of its Interpretation Centres and Nature Classrooms bring visitors closer to the natural, cultural and environmental values of our protected areas. Designed for all audiences, each exhibition is adapted to the territory and offers an experience that invites visitors to discover nature from a new perspective.

Children's workshops
The Asturias Nature Network organises different children's workshops throughout the year. The estimated age range for the activities is from 6 to 11 years old.

- The resources that autumn has to offer: 1 November
- A recycled Halloween: 6 December
- Decorating the Christmas table: 6 December
The children's workshops are held simultaneously in several Interpretation Centres of the Asturias Natural Network.
