A secluded, unspoilt area of pebbles and sand.
An unspoilt, isolated and quiet beach. This is the beach of Riocabo or Ballota, in honour of the Cabo river that flows into it and which serves as a boundary between the councils of Cudillero and Valdés.
It is a narrow strip, bordered by cliffs and with a 25-minute walk from the rest area where you can park. For this reason, perhaps, it has a low level of occupancy.
It has no facilities. It is located in Ballota.
If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- The access and presence of animals on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- Pets are allowed on the seafront and urban promenades, in the areas near the beach accesses, provided that they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than one metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
